Venues
The two venues in use for the conference are the Arts West Building (first floor) and the Public Lecture Theatre in the Old Arts Building.
The Arts West building will be used for all conference sessions, apart from the conference opening and closing sessions, Parergon next-gen plenary panel, and all keynote speaker sessions.
Please note, it takes around 5-10 minutes to travel between the Arts West and the Old Arts Buildings, so please factor in this travel time so you arrive at your sessions on time.
The Research Lounge on level 2 of the Arts West Building is available most days of the conference as a quiet space for attendees. NB: The ANZAMEMS Post-graduate / Early Career Networking Event will be held in this room on Wednesday 3 December, at lunchtime.

Conference Reception
The conference reception will be held at University House Professors’ Walk, University House Professors’ Walk, The University of Melbourne.

The conference dinner will be held at the Woodward, on the 10th floor of the Melbourne Law School in Pelham Street, Carlton

Accessibility
Accessible and Gender-Neutral Bathrooms can be found on each level of the Arts West Building.
Drinking fountains can also be found on each level of the Arts West Building near these bathrooms.
Emergencies
Please call Security on (03) 8344 6666 for any first aid and security issues.
There will also be a small first aid kit available at the registration desk. A defibrillator will be available on the ground floor of the Arts West Building, and epi-pen available outside the Dean’s office in the Old Arts Building.
In the event of a spill, clean-up materials will be available at the registration desk.
In the event of an emergency, the evacuation point for the conference is the South Lawn.
Please evacuate the building using the FIRE EXIT STAIRS on either side of the building. Please DO NOT use any elevators or the main stairs in the middle of the building when evacuating.
For those with accessibility issues, please make your way to the STAIRWELL of the FIRE EXIT STAIRS, and wait to be evacuated.
